Hewlett-Packard & TAC Worldwide CVS SNSE Project

This was a temporary Network Field Technician position where I was responsible for the installation of the new Cisco 2960 switch in 11 CVS pharmacies including Evansville, Paducah, Mayfield, and Northern Tennessee.  This was a nation wide Project with TAC Worldwide, partnered with HP, to install the switch in every CVS location.

Tasks Included: Coordinate with CVS ROC per procedure to document current configuration ; locate, identify, and label cables connecting POS controller, Photo Switch, Rx Switch, Minute Clinic, and other networking devices with vertical per store configuration. Remove Milan switch and package for shipment. Install Cisco 2960 switch and connect devices to designated ports; confirm proper operation of store equipment and devices with ROC.
