JustHost is a decent host to consider. However, their marketing can be very deceiving. Most of their advertisement banners advertise hosting for $4.95 per month to host unlimited websites on unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth. However, you get to their website and soon find out that if you want that $4.95 price, you must prepay 2 years in advance. JustHost does offer a monthly package, however charge a $20 setup fee, which I believe is a bit ridiculous. If you choose to pay per month, the price jumps up to $7.95. Because of the hosting packages and prices they offer, we deducted 3 points from their total of 10 possible.

As far as reliability, JustHost claims to have 99.9% uptime guaranteed. If they do not have at least this minimum, they guarantee a free month of hosting. Customer service is seems to be good, as they offer both 24/7 phone and email support. Emails are normally answered within 20 minutes, and average phone hold time is under 3 minutes. JustHost offers a money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the service that JustHost has provided you, you may cancel your account at any time and JustHost will refund you for the remainder of your term.

Features is one thing that JustHost is good about. There are many features that they promote with their web hosting service. These features include

We give JustHost the full 2 points because their hosting packages come with many features. If they would just take off their setup fee, they would be a really great host. However, if you do not mind paying the extra $20 to get your account setup, this is a great host to host multiple websites on.
